کراچی میں شوہر کا بیوی کے ساتھ غیر فطری جنسی عملشہر قائد میں نوبیاہتا 19 سالہ لڑکی مبینہ طور پر شوہر کی جانب سے ’ بہیمانہ جنسی تشدد’ کا نشانہ بنائے جانے کے بعد کوما میں چلی گئی، پولیس نے بھائی کی شکایت پر متاثرہ لڑکی کے شوہر کو گرفتار کرلیا۔پولیس سرجن ڈاکٹر سمیہ سید نے ڈان کو بتایا کہ لڑکی کے خاندان اور پولیس ریکارڈ کے مطابق 19 سالہ لڑکی کی شادی لیاری میں 15 جون کو ہوئی تھی، شادی کے تیسرے دن لڑکی کو مبینہ طور پر اپنے شوہر کے ہاتھوں بہیمانہ جنسی تشدد کا سامنا کرنا پڑا۔ڈان نیوز کے مطابق انہوں نے بتایا کہ لڑکی کو شہر کے ایک نجی ہسپتال میں داخل کرایا گیا تھا بعدازاں اسے سول ہسپتال کراچی کے ایس ایم بی بی ٹراما سینٹر منتقل کیا گیا جہاں اس کی حالت ’انتہائی تشویشناک‘ ہے۔ڈاکٹر سمیہ نے کہا کہ لڑکی اب کوما میں ہے اور طبی معائنے کے نتائج جنسی تشدد کی نشاندہی کررہے ہیں۔بغدادی تھانے میں 5 جولائی کودرج ایف آئی آر کے مطابق 30 جون کو بہن کی طبیعت بگڑنے پر وہ اسے واپس گھر لے آئے جہاں اس نے والدین کو بتایا کہ 17 جولائی کو اس کے شوہر نے اس کے ساتھ ’غیر فطری جنسی عمل‘ کیا، ملزم شوہر نے مبینہ طور پر اس کے نازک اعضا میں ’آہنی پائپ‘ ڈال دیا جس کی وجہ سے اس کی طبیعت مزید بگڑ گئی۔ایف آئی آر کے مطابق اس کے بعد شوہر نے اس پر مزید جنسی تشدد کیا جس سے طبیعت اور زیادہ خراب ہوگئی، ایف آئی آر کے مطابق شوہر نے بیوی کو کسی کو بھی کچھ بتانے کی صورت میں سنگین نتائج کی دھمکیاں دیں۔شکایت کنندہ بھائی نے کہا کہ جب بہن کی طبیعت مزید بگڑی تو وہ اسے گارڈن روڈ کے نجی ہسپتال لے گئے، مگر طبیعت میں بہتری نہ آئی، جس کے بعد سسرالی اس کی بہن کو دوبارہ اپنے گھر لے گئے۔ بعدازاں 4 جولائی کو اسے ٹراما سینٹر لایا گیا جہاں اسے آئی سی یو میں داخل کیا گیا ہے۔شکایت کنندہ نے کہا کہ وہ اپنے بہنوئی اشوک کے خلاف قانونی کارروائی چاہتا ہے۔ضلع ساؤتھ کے ڈی آئی جی سید اسد رضا نے ڈان کو بتایا کہ ملزم شوہر کو گرفتار کر لیا گیا ۔
